Our friends at Dorst & Lesser asked us to create a new website design that provides a solid foundation for the overall look and feel of their brand. As their current website wasn’t in line with their brand story. It did not show well enough what they are truly capable of - a business that prides itself in telling impactful stories deserves to have a website that can tell their own - and that’s exactly what they asked us to do.
Dorst & Lesser is a long-time partner of ours. After years of working together on campaigns for clients like Renault and Transavia, we felt honored when they chose us to redesign their website to match their true style. Being the creative agency that they are, a thousand new ideas came up throughout the process. More animations, bigger header videos and ground-shaking typography. On the other hand, they also wanted to maintain their professional and mature image. Our team knew just how to make their vision come to life, whilst keeping everything focused and within scope.

We designed the website to welcome visitors with colorful gifs based on their projects, showcased on loop. Always visible. The appealing visuals really make you want to keep looking. The website keeps visitors’ hooked by using vivid colors and subtle motion graphics. Color blocking and heavy-set typography stand out, while automated image sliders showcase Dorst en Lesser’s projects and behind the scenes footage. But it’s the little details that really make this website stand out. Images start to move when you hover over them. And dozens of micro animations give scrolling that special touch. Dorst & Lesser’s website wasn’t just supposed to make visitors’ jaws drop - it also needed to convert them into leads. We ensured this by focusing the content on stories, case studies and contact forms. As these pages rely heavily on text blocks and visuals, a content-rich website like this can easily become too much to handle for a CMS. Our development team made sure that the back-end in Craft CMS had a clean, solid and organized structure so that the website administration team at Dorst & Lesser would have no issues helping the website do its job at converting visitors into leads.
